Training and Guidance for Future Care Managers, Led by Mr Baidar Muhammad Khan

(Founder of Lets Care All)

Lets Care All is proud to offer free expert coaching and training sessions for individuals, carers, supervisors, and aspiring managers in the Ealing area. This programme is personally led by Mr Baidar Muhammad Khan, Founder and Director of Lets Care All, who brings more than sixteen years of frontline and leadership experience in health and social care. As a CQC Registered Manager and someone who has lived with a disability, Mr Khan combines compassion with professional expertise. He understands the challenges care workers face, the expectations of inspectors, and the responsibilities of leadership. His mission is to guide others to step into care management with confidence and clarity.

Why Learn with Mr Baidar Muhammad Khan

Mr Khan built Lets Care All out of lived experience and years of professional development. Living with a disability gave him first-hand insight into the realities of receiving care, and that perspective shaped his vision for services that are truly person-centred. He trained, worked across domiciliary and live-in care, and became a CQC Registered Manager. Today, he continues to mentor individuals and teams by sharing both his personal journey and professional skills. He is recognised for his strong track record in quality governance, safeguarding, workforce development, and compliance, which makes him the right person to deliver this training session.

What You Will Gain?

The consultation is a focused and practical session designed around you. Rather than being a lecture, it is a conversation where your goals and challenges are explored. Participants leave with clear and actionable steps. These sessions often cover how to prepare for inspection, how to demonstrate good practice, how to address training gaps, and how to plan a route toward CQC registration. Every conversation is guided by Mr Khan’s steady approach, giving individuals the reassurance and clarity they need to progress.

Mr Khan’s Story and Mission

Care became personal for Mr Khan when he experienced support that felt routine rather than respectful. Instead of accepting this, he chose to take action. He studied, gained qualifications, mentored staff, and registered as a manager with the CQC. Lets Care All is the outcome of that journey, built on dignity, clarity, and steady leadership. The same values guide his training style today. He uses simple language, practical examples, and patient guidance to help others succeed in their own careers.

Who This Programme Is For?

The free training is open to individuals who want to take the next step in care leadership. It is especially valuable for domiciliary care managers who are new to the Borough of Ealing, for students who have completed their degrees and are on PSW visas seeking experience or a career pathway in care, and for professionals who wish to become CQC Registered Managers and even start their own services.

Training and Guidance Pathways

The free training is supported by training pathways led by Mr Khan. Senior carers and supervisors can expect practical guidance on leading shifts, delegation, care planning, safeguarding, staff supervision, and positive communication with families and professionals. Aspiring CQC Registered Managers will gain insight into regulations, inspection readiness, governance, medicines safety, workforce management, financial planning, and operational systems. These pathways are calm, practical, and grounded in real scenarios such as sample care plans, audits, and supervision notes.

Work Experience Opportunities

Alongside professional development, Lets Care All also supports young people through structured work experience. School and college leavers are offered placements that provide hands-on exposure to daily care practice. These opportunities build confidence, teach sector-specific skills, and are guided by experienced staff who act as mentors and role models. The placements also encourage young people to explore careers in social care, apprenticeships, and further training. By working closely with local schools, colleges, and the wider community, Lets Care All aims to inspire and prepare the next generation of care professionals.
