Lets Care All is a homecare service provider of its own kind that is envisioned to be the reliable name in the Homecare Industry within the UK. We (Lets Care All) provide domiciliary care and support to all adult Service User(s) on a daily, weekly, overnight or ‘live in’ basis. We are a specialised provider of elderly care, and our service users include elder people, people with a physical disability or people who are suffering from Dementia.

Who We Are?

The strength of Lets Care All is its staff, yes, we are here because of our human capital, and we will grow along. We are Family, and whenever a new member joins the family, they are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. We manage and train our workforce with the aim that all of our care staff are offered to achieve an RQF diploma.
We believe in Mutual growth; we grow when our workforce grows. In that pursuit, the whole workforce receives annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues, and a range of other matters. You can visualise how competent our workforce is. Along with personalised care, the attribute that makes our staff outstanding and rare are multicultural and multilingual exposures. We have CARE Staff who speaks your language and are familiar with your cultures, such as English, Urdu, Punjabi, French, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Somali, Arabic and many more.

I (CEO) am disabled, and I know how it feels when there is no one around to help someone who is physically disabled. I experienced the difference that person-centred care can make. We at Lets Care ALL are driven by the passion of making lives easier for those who need assistance to continue their routine. Life is fun and easy when someone is around.

Lets Care All is not just a business; it is a tale of Suffering and Support. A story whose moral is the existence of this organisation. It has its roots in my childhood. If you do not know me, I am Baidar Khan (Founder of Lets Care All). I was like other kids that we people see playing in the parks, but my life flipped with an attack of poliomyelitis (a disabling and life-threatening disease). My suffering started as Poliovirus left me physically disabled. Picture a kid who wants to run, who wants to jump, but he cannot do anything else but SUFFER.

I grew up with the vision to never bow down to a disability. I had daydreamed about helping people with disabilities, and finally, that dream became a reality.
Lets Care All is the existence of my dreams. Rain or Storm, day or night, nothing can hinder me from caring for people. Being a service user myself, I know the In and out of Health and Social Care. I have observed that home is the best place to maintain your independence. Moreover, there is a direct relationship between happiness and recovery. No doubt, there is no other place to be happy than our beloved home. With the vision of Caring for all irrespective of differences, I laid the foundation of Lets Care All. Then, I started to gather same-minded people who love to care. Now, we are here to provide quality Homecare services FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME AND ALL THE TIME. With Lets Care All, you get Homecare and specialist care services that are fully regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). All the carers are well trained, and DBS certified.

Services Goal

Our Services goal is to meet the following objectives in the delivery of quality service to our service user(s):

To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory manner, while respecting each individual’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, and fulfilment, the right to make informed choices and take risks.
To ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
To implement a programme of staff recruitment, training and personal development to ensure that the needs of the Service User(s) are met.
To manage the care service efficiently, making the best use of resources to maximise the best value for both the representative and the person receiving the service.
To match the nominated Care Staff to the needs of the Service User and ensure that changes are made for valid reasons within the terms of the Contract.
To undertake risk assessments of hazards involved with the provision of service and for environmental risks identified in a Service User’s home. To identify risks and take measures to reduce or eliminate them in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy of the organisation.
To provide all Service Users with written information on the organisation including a Service User(s) Guide, detailed care plan, daily records/logs, completed risk assessment and details of the organisation’s complaints procedure and how to use it.
