Lets Care All provides home care for adults across London. We offer daily, weekly, overnight, and live-in care. We support older people, people with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia, with care that fits everyday life.

Who We Are?

Lets Care All is a people-first home care provider. We support adults to live well at home, with care that fits daily routines, personal goals, and family life. Our services include planned visits, overnight support, and live-in care, all delivered by a dedicated team that gets to know each person. Quality and safety guide everything we do. We recruit with care, we train and mentor our staff from day one, and we keep skills current through regular refreshers in moving and handling, medication, and safeguarding. You get clear care plans, reliable communication, and a named contact who is easy to reach. Our multilingual team, speaking English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, and more, helps us build trust with many communities. Above all, we treat every person with dignity, respect, and patience, so the home continues to feel like home.

I (CEO) am disabled, and I know how it feels when there is no one around to help someone who is physically disabled. I experienced the difference that person-centred care can make. Dedication

All members of staff are recruited through rigorous recruitment and selection procedure. All staff receive formal one to one supervision at regular intervals, and their performance is monitored on a day to day basis. Each Staff member receives an annual appraisal of their training needs, and this is recorded and acted upon. We provide training and continued professional development for our staff.

Services Goal

Our Services goal is to meet the following objectives in the delivery of quality service to our service user(s):
  • To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory manner, while respecting each individual’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, and fulfilment, the right to make informed choices and take risks. 
  • To ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
  • To implement a programme of staff recruitment, training and personal development to ensure that the needs of the Service User(s) are met.
  • To manage the care service efficiently, making the best use of resources to maximise the best value for both the representative and the person receiving the service.
  • To match the nominated Care Staff to the needs of the Service User and ensure that changes are made for valid reasons within the terms of the Contract.
  • To undertake risk assessments of hazards involved with the provision of service and for environmental risks identified in a Service User’s home. To identify risks and take measures to reduce or eliminate them in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy of the organisation.
  • To provide all Service Users with written information on the organisation including a Service User(s) Guide, detailed care plan, daily records/logs, completed risk assessment and details of the organisation’s complaints procedure and how to use it.

Lets Care All began from a place of personal experience and compassion. Founder Baidar Khan faced the challenges of living with a disability caused by polio at a young age. That journey inspired a lifelong commitment to support others in similar situations.
Driven by a vision to empower people with disabilities and provide quality care, he created Lets Care All — a service built on empathy, resilience, and real-life experience in health and social care.
Today, we deliver personalised homecare through a diverse, caring team. Our carers are fully trained, DBS certified, and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We care with heart — every time.
