Lets Care All is a Homecare service provider of its own kind that is envisioned to be the reliable name in the Homecare Industry within the UK. We (Lets Care All) provide domiciliary care and support to all adult Service User(s) on a daily, weekly, overnight or ‘live in’ basis. We are a specialised provider of elderly care, and our service users include elder people, people with a physical disability or people who are suffering from Dementia.

The strength of Lets Care All is its staff, yes, we are here because of our human capital, and we will grow along. We are Family, and whenever a new member joins the family, they are inducted to National Training Organisation standards within 12 weeks of employment. We manage and train our workforce with the aim that all of our CARE Staff are offered to achieve an RQF diploma.

We believe in Mutual growth; we grow when our workforce grows. In that pursuit, the whole workforce receives annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues, and a range of other matters. You can visualise how competent our workforce is. Along with personalised care, the attribute that makes our staff outstanding and rare are multicultural and multilingual exposures. We have CARE Staff who speaks your language and are familiar with your cultures, such as English, Urdu, Punjabi, French, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Somali, Arabic and many more.

How are we DIFFERENT?

I (CEO) am disabled, and I know how it feels when there is no one around to help someone who is physically disabled. I experienced the difference that person-centred care can make. We at Lets Care ALL are driven by the passion of making lives easier for those who need assistance to continue their routine. Life is fun and easy when someone is around.

Lets Care All is not just a business; it is a tale of Suffering and Support. A story whose moral is the existence of this organisation. It has its roots in my childhood. If you do not know me, I am Baidar Khan (Founder of Lets Care All). I was like other kids that we people see playing in the parks, but my life flipped with an attack of poliomyelitis (a disabling and life-threatening disease). My suffering started as Poliovirus left me physically disabled. Picture a kid who wants to run, who wants to jump, but he cannot do anything else but SUFFER. 

I grew up with the vision to never bow down to a disability. I had daydreamed about helping people with disabilities, and finally, that dream became a reality. 

Lets Care All is the existence of my dreams. Rain or Strom, day or night, nothing can hinder me from caring for people. Being a service user myself, I know the In and out of Health and Social Care. I have observed that home is the best place to maintain your independence. Moreover, there is a direct relationship between happiness and recovery. No doubt, there is no other place to be happy than our beloved home. With the vision of Caring for all irrespective of differences, I laid the foundation of Lets Care All. Then, I started to gather same-minded people who love to care. Now, we are here to provide quality Homecare services FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME AND ALL THE TIME. With Lets Care All, you get Homecare and specialist care services that are fully regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). All the carers are well trained, and DBS certified. At the top of that, we provide person-centred care that is not limited to your choice or preferences; rather, you can have the care assistant who speaks your LANGUAGE and is familiar with your CULTURE. You can select from the list of carers who speaks Punjabi, Gujarati, Somali, French, English, Arabic, and many more. We have no BOUNDARIES when it comes to PERFECTION and SATISFACTION.
