Respite Care

Caring for someone is good, but it is also draining. You do something over and over, and the result is exhaustion. Then, things tend to fall apart; you do not enjoy what you do; you just want to get done with things. Then, an option comes to your mind that I should give myself some time. A break so that I can rejuvenate. Whether you are planning a dinner or holidays, your plans collapse when you think about the individual that needs care or assistance. A child, an adult, or an elder. Anyone who needs a care assistant to look after them. You cannot leave them on their own; another hand is needed to take responsibility for them.

A Solution

This is how Respite care comes into the picture. With respite care, you get a break so that you can take time to reflect on yourself, psychologically or physically. You may want to go shopping without hesitation, with respite care, knowing that your loved ones are in good hands.

Forms of Breaks available

"I called for the carer to have a break from my father's care. Now, my father wants him as live-in carer. I am happy with that but only concern is my father drink cup over cup of tea while talking about their village, Haha, this is funny and so peaceful to look how happy my father is"

    Do we have anything UNIQUE?

Though the care assistants are trained and experienced, there is a SECRET that makes us stand out from the rest. Yes, we have Native Carers. The carer that speaks your native language and shares your culture.

There is an interesting reason why we come up with the idea of providing native carers to service users. Though the language is a medium for the expression of thoughts and opinions, sometimes a native speaker can awake buried notes. We know that people are connected with their culture and language. They feel communicative when they find common ground, and nothing serves them well than their native language and culture. Moreover, the carers also feel comfortable with service users who share their culture. They can listen to them for hours not because it’s part of their job rather they listen because they feel CONNECTED.
As we believe in Diversity Inclusion, we got an idea that why not tweak our carer assignment. We asked the service users whether they would like to have a native carer, and the response was so positive. We sent them the native carers, and they responded like this.
