All members of staff are recruited through rigorous recruitment and selection procedure. All staff receive formal one to one supervision at regular intervals, and their performance is monitored on a day to day basis. Each Staff member receives an annual appraisal of their training needs, and this is recorded and acted upon. We provide training and continued professional development for our staff.
